Where a plant needs a new handling or process section built to its own drawings and constraints, we take it from concept to a running, accepted line. It is part of SES Group's engineering and projects arm — the in-house side of the business that takes over when the catalogue has nothing to offer. We cover layout and structural design, fabrication and assembly and mechanical and drive integration, and manufacture to your drawing rather than to a stock list. Material, dimensional tolerance and surface finish are specified for the duty the part actually carries, then inspected and documented before it leaves the works. The work runs into steel and metal plants, stock houses and material handling and bulk-handling sections. Proven on blast-furnace stock-house redesigns at JSW Dolvi and Sunflag Bhandara.

Process Lines are made to your drawing and duty, not adapted from a shelf item. In practice the scope covers layout and structural design, fabrication and assembly, mechanical and drive integration, installation and commissioning and retrofit into existing plant. Where an original is obsolete or was never catalogued, we reverse-engineer it from the failed part and the operating condition — material, dimensional tolerance and finish specified for the job it actually has to do. Everything is inspected and documented before it leaves, because on the engineering side of the business a part that is almost right is a part that comes back.
