Fluid Transfer Solutions
Moulded and straight hoses that carry coolant, charge air, fuel, oil and vacuum around a vehicle. Shapes are moulded to the engine bay layout so the hose routes without kinking or fouling hot components. SES holds the range as an authorised JK Fenner distributor, covering coolant hoses EPDM based moulded and straight constructions; fuel and oil lines NBR and specialty tube compounds; charge air Reinforced silicone and rubber constructions; reinforcement Textile knit or braid to suit pressure. Executions include radiator hoses, heater hoses, charge air and turbo hoses, fuel lines, among others. It is specified most often into radiator top and bottom hoses and turbocharger charge air and intercooler ducting. Every part is genuine JK Fenner through official channels, with designation, specification and options confirmed against your duty before it ships — supplied from Kolkata and our branch network, with breakdown cover that does not sit in an inbox.

Where it runs.
You will find Fluid Transfer Solutions in the parts of a plant where this particular duty actually occurs. In practice that means radiator top and bottom hoses, turbocharger charge air and intercooler ducting, heater circuit and expansion tank lines, and equally fuel feed and return lines, oil cooler and breather lines, vacuum and brake servo lines. What links them is the duty rather than the machine name — media: Coolant, charge air, fuel, oil, vacuum. If your installation is not on that list it matters less than you would think: the operating condition decides the specification. Send us the load, the speed, the running temperature and the environment it runs in, and we will match it to the right execution in the JK Fenner range and confirm what is in stock.
Specify it against the duty.
Specification here follows the operating condition, not the catalogue. Hose sits close to a turbo or exhaust manifold — A high temperature compound with heat shielding where routed. Radiant heat cooks one side of an ordinary coolant hose and it splits at that spot only. Charge air line on a boosted engine — A reinforced hose rated for the boost pressure and for oil mist carryover. Unreinforced hose balloons under boost and the engine simply loses power without any obvious leak. Vehicle runs on blended or high-ethanol fuel — Confirm the tube compound is rated for that blend. Fuel permeation and swelling are what ends the life of a fuel line, not pressure. Where two of those apply at once, specify for the harsher of the two — under-specifying is what puts the part back on the bench a month later. Send us the duty and we will confirm the execution.

Ordering this from SES.
Squeeze a suspect coolant hose when the engine is cold rather than looking at it. A hose that feels crunchy or has gone soft and spongy is finished, even when the outside still looks perfectly sound. Send the designation off the failed part and we will confirm the JK Fenner equivalent and stock position.
