At those speeds grease churns, temperature runs away and the bearing fails from heat before it fails from wear. Area is wet with descaling water or coolant — Air flow set to maintain a measurable positive pressure at the housing, and check it at the housing rather than at the panel. Compressed air available is oily and wet from the ring main — Dedicated air treatment for the system, since dirty air puts water into exactly the bearing you are trying to protect.
