Specification here follows the operating condition, not the catalogue. Nuisance trips on the first cycle of a cold morning — A wider switching differential and a longer cycle timeout. Cold grease produces a pressure spike and a slow vent, and a narrow band will report a fault on a system that is working correctly. Switch currently mounted on the pump manifold — Relocation to the far end of the longest branch. A switch at the pump confirms only that the pump built pressure against its own outlet, which it will do even with the line severed downstream. System that must confirm the line vented between cycles — A falling-edge switch or a vent-confirmation input at the controller. Injectors that have not vented cannot recharge, so the next cycle delivers nothing at all.
