Reali-Slim TT Turntable Thin Section Bearings
A ready-to-bolt turntable built on a thin section raceway, with mounting holes already in both rings. It saves the designer a housing, a clamp ring and all the fits that go with them, and the finished assembly is barely thicker than the bearing itself. SES holds the range as an authorised SKF distributor, covering construction Thin section raceway with integral mounting holes; load Axial, radial and moment in one unit; height Low profile relative to diameter; mounting Bolted through both rings. Executions include standard bolt-through turntables, sealed executions, preloaded executions for tighter running accuracy, customised hole patterns and ring features. It is specified most often into light rotary index tables on assembly lines and camera and sensor pan platforms. Every part is genuine SKF through official channels, with designation, specification and options confirmed against your duty before it ships — supplied from Kolkata and our branch network, with breakdown cover that does not sit in an inbox.

Where it runs.
You will find Reali-Slim TT Turntable Thin Section Bearings in the parts of a plant where this particular duty actually occurs. In practice that means light rotary index tables on assembly lines, camera and sensor pan platforms, inspection and test turntables, and equally robot base rotation on light manipulators, packaging machine rotary carousels, positioning stages on laboratory equipment. What links them is the duty rather than the machine name — form: Bolt-through turntable, holes in both rings. If your installation is not on that list it matters less than you would think: the operating condition decides the specification. Send us the load, the speed, the running temperature and the environment it runs in, and we will match it to the right execution in the SKF range and confirm what is in stock.
Specify it against the duty.
Specification here follows the operating condition, not the catalogue. The table must come off for service and go back on — Dowel the position before it is ever unbolted. Refitting a bolt-through turntable slightly off centre throws the drive out of mesh and loads the raceway on one arc. A pinion or belt has to drive the table — Confirm the drive interface at the design stage. The standard rings carry holes, not teeth, and adding teeth is a customisation rather than a stock item. Tilting moment is the dominant load — Spread the mounting bolts onto the largest circle the design allows, and check against the moment rating rather than the axial rating. Where two of those apply at once, specify for the harsher of the two — under-specifying is what puts the part back on the bench a month later. Send us the duty and we will confirm the execution.

Ordering this from SES.
Check rotation by hand before and after the equipment is mounted on the table. These are stiff enough for the bearing but not for your fixture, and a heavy off-centre load bolted to one ring can lift it clear of contact on the far side.
