Specification here follows the operating condition, not the catalogue. Individual points need very different quantities — Adjustable injectors set point by point. Fixed dosing across a mixed group means the smallest bearing is always over-fed. System must vent fully between cycles in cold weather — A softer grease grade or an oil, and check the vent time. If the line does not drop to zero, the injectors never reset and the whole system silently stops dosing. One point is much further from the pump than the rest — A larger line bore to that leg or a separate zone, because the pressure drop delays that injector until after the pump has already stopped. Where two of those apply at once, specify for the harsher of the two — under-specifying is what puts the part back on the bench a month later. Send us the duty and we will confirm the execution.
