Diamond Saw Blades
Steel cores with diamond segments brazed or laser-welded to the rim, for cutting concrete, masonry and stone. Segment bond hardness must be matched inversely to the hardness of the material being cut. SES holds the range as an authorised Tyrolit distributor, covering diameters 115 mm to 1200 mm; bore 22.23 mm, 25.4 mm, 60 mm flange mounts; segment height 7 mm to 15 mm by class; rim types Segmented, continuous, turbo. Executions include blades for reinforced concrete, blades for green concrete, blades for asphalt, blades for natural stone and granite, among others. It is specified most often into reinforced concrete cutting on civil works and road and pavement sawing. Every part is genuine Tyrolit through official channels, with designation, specification and options confirmed against your duty before it ships — supplied from Kolkata and our branch network, with breakdown cover that does not sit in an inbox.

Where it runs.
You will find Diamond Saw Blades in the parts of a plant where this particular duty actually occurs. In practice that means reinforced concrete cutting on civil works, road and pavement sawing, wall chasing for services, and equally kerb, block and paver cutting, green concrete cutting on new pours, refractory and brick cutting in furnace work. What links them is the duty rather than the machine name — cutting: Wet and dry, by specification. If your installation is not on that list it matters less than you would think: the operating condition decides the specification. Send us the load, the speed, the running temperature and the environment it runs in, and we will match it to the right execution in the Tyrolit range and confirm what is in stock.
Specify it against the duty.
Specification here follows the operating condition, not the catalogue. Hard, dense, highly abrasive-poor concrete — A softer bond so diamond exposes freely. Hard bond on hard material glazes and stops cutting. Green or freshly poured concrete — A hard bond with undercut protection — soft, abrasive material strips a soft bond very fast. Heavy reinforcement in the cut line — A blade rated for reinforced concrete with a tougher segment, not a general masonry blade. Where two of those apply at once, specify for the harsher of the two — under-specifying is what puts the part back on the bench a month later. Send us the duty and we will confirm the execution.

Ordering this from SES.
If a blade stops cutting, dress it through an abrasive block rather than replacing it. Nine times out of ten it is glazed, not worn out, and one dressing pass restores the cut. Send the designation off the failed part and we will confirm the Tyrolit equivalent and stock position.
