Re-anchoring for every hole is where the working day disappears. Inclined or angled cores — A tilting column with a positive mechanical lock. A column held by friction alone creeps as feed load comes on and the bore opens up on one side. Sound slab where anchor drilling is not permitted — A vacuum base with a working gauge, plus a jack strut to the soffit as backup. Vacuum on a dusty floor is not a fixing on its own.
