Table Saw Blades
Wet-cut blades for bench and table masonry saws, where the material is presented to a fixed blade. The cut is supported and cooled, so these blades are specified mainly for edge quality on brick, block and paving. SES holds the range as an authorised Tyrolit distributor, covering diameters 300, 350, 400 and 500 mm; bore 25.4 mm with reducing bushes; rim types Segmented, turbo, continuous; segment height 7 mm to 10 mm. Executions include segmented blades for concrete block, turbo rim blades for paver and kerb, continuous rim blades for tile and stone, refractory brick blades, among others. It is specified most often into cutting brick and block for site masonry work and trimming pavers and kerb stones for yard and road work. Every part is genuine Tyrolit through official channels, with designation, specification and options confirmed against your duty before it ships — supplied from Kolkata and our branch network, with breakdown cover that does not sit in an inbox.

Where it runs.
You will find Table Saw Blades in the parts of a plant where this particular duty actually occurs. In practice that means cutting brick and block for site masonry work, trimming pavers and kerb stones for yard and road work, cutting refractory brick for furnace and kiln relining, and equally preparing tile and stone for architectural finishing, cutting insulating and acid-resistant brick for tank linings, sizing precast elements in a casting yard. What links them is the duty rather than the machine name — diameters: 300 mm to 500 mm. If your installation is not on that list it matters less than you would think: the operating condition decides the specification. Send us the load, the speed, the running temperature and the environment it runs in, and we will match it to the right execution in the Tyrolit range and confirm what is in stock.
Specify it against the duty.
Specification here follows the operating condition, not the catalogue. The material chips badly at the exit edge — A continuous or turbo rim rather than a segmented blade, with a slower feed. Segment gaps hammer the exit edge on brittle material. Refractory or acid-resistant brick is being cut — A blade specified for refractory. These bricks are far more abrasive than building brick and will strip an ordinary bond within a shift. The blade wanders off line on a straight cut — A check on table and fence squareness before anything else is changed. A table saw blade runs true unless the machine does not. Where two of those apply at once, specify for the harsher of the two — under-specifying is what puts the part back on the bench a month later. Send us the duty and we will confirm the execution.

Ordering this from SES.
Keep one blade for refractory and another for concrete products, and mark them clearly. Crews mix them constantly, and a refractory-bond blade put into ordinary block glazes over so fast that it gets returned as faulty.
