Wall Saw Blades

Large blades for track-mounted wall saws driven hydraulically or by high-frequency electric motors, used for accurate openings in reinforced walls and slabs. The machine controls line and depth, so these blades are built for deep, heavily reinforced cuts rather than for speed. SES holds the range as an authorised Tyrolit distributor, covering diameters 600, 700, 800, 900, 1000 and 1200 mm; arbor 60 mm centre with six drive pin holes; segment height Typically 10 mm to 15 mm; segment joint Laser welded. Executions include standard wall saw blades for reinforced concrete, blades for heavily reinforced sections, flush-cut blades, large diameter blades for deep walls, among others. It is specified most often into door and equipment openings cut in RCC plant buildings and removing wall sections for conveyor and duct routes. Every part is genuine Tyrolit through official channels, with designation, specification and options confirmed against your duty before it ships — supplied from Kolkata and our branch network, with breakdown cover that does not sit in an inbox.

Where it runs.

You will find Wall Saw Blades in the parts of a plant where this particular duty actually occurs. In practice that means door and equipment openings cut in RCC plant buildings, removing wall sections for conveyor and duct routes, openings in bunker and silo walls during modification, and equally flush cutting along floor lines in machine hall alterations, sectioning heavy foundations for equipment replacement, openings in retaining walls and basement structures. What links them is the duty rather than the machine name — diameters: 600 mm to 1200 mm and above. If your installation is not on that list it matters less than you would think: the operating condition decides the specification. Send us the load, the speed, the running temperature and the environment it runs in, and we will match it to the right execution in the Tyrolit range and confirm what is in stock.

Specify it against the duty.

Specification here follows the operating condition, not the catalogue. The wall is thick and needs the full capacity of the blade — A blade one size above the calculated depth, plunged in steps. Taking full depth in one pass overloads the segments at the entry corner. Rebar density is high — A segment specification for reinforcement with a reduced feed through the bar. Blades cut concrete by abrasion and steel by ploughing, and the feed that suits one ruins the other. The opening must finish flush with an adjacent floor — A flush-cut blade and matched flange, planned into the machine setup from the start. Retro-fitting a flush arrangement mid-job rarely holds line. Where two of those apply at once, specify for the harsher of the two — under-specifying is what puts the part back on the bench a month later. Send us the duty and we will confirm the execution.

Ordering this from SES.

Number the blades and log metres cut against each one. These are the most valuable diamond tools on any site, and comparing wear rates between crews is the only reliable way to spot an operator who is running dry or feeding too hard.
